01

Visa requirement status

Visa-free, e-visa, visa on arrival, or full visa required — stated plainly, first thing you see.

02

What you need

Passport validity, blank pages, tickets, funds, accommodation — the actual checklist before you travel.

03

Country information

Emergency numbers, currency, power plugs, and the basics you'd otherwise scramble to find on arrival.

04

Stay length & visa type

Exactly how long you can stay, how many entries you get, and whether it can be extended.

Three steps to a real answer.

1

Pick the passport you're traveling on.

2

Choose your destination

Pick where you're headed.

3

Requirements, documents, and country info — all on one page.

Visa rules shouldn't require five browser tabs.

Most travelers figure out visa requirements the hard way — a forum post from three years ago, a government site in a language they don't read, a friend's half-remembered story about a visa run gone wrong. Rules change constantly, and the cost of guessing wrong is a denied boarding or a fine at the border.

Terminal HQ exists to replace the guessing with an actual answer: what you need, how long you can stay, and what to know once you land — sourced from real government policy, not inferred from passport strength or copied from another app's stale database.

We're upfront about where we stand right now. A handful of routes are fully fact-checked in depth; everything else is marked "not yet verified" rather than faked. We'd rather tell you we don't know yet than tell you something wrong.

Before you ask.

Is Terminal HQ free?

Yes — searching visa requirements is completely free, no account needed.

How accurate is the data?

Fully fact-checked routes are cross-referenced against official government sources. Routes we haven't verified yet are labeled clearly as "not yet verified" rather than guessed at — we'd rather be honest about the gap than fabricate an answer.

Do visa rules actually change that often?

More than most people expect. Several countries have changed their visa policy in the past year alone. That's exactly why a static blog post or an old forum thread isn't a reliable source, and why we date and source everything we publish.

      PRIVACY POLICY

      Privacy Policy

This page describes exactly what the app does today — it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Before relying on this for real users (especially if you'll have visitors in the EU/UK/California where specific laws apply), have it reviewed by someone qualified. Update it any time the app's data handling changes — e.g. if you add a server, accounts, analytics, or ads.

      What we collect

Nothing. Terminal HQ doesn't have accounts, doesn't ask for your name or email, and doesn't store the passport/destination pairs you search anywhere. Each search happens entirely in your browser and isn't saved once you close the tab.

      Cookies & tracking

None currently. No analytics, no advertising trackers, no third-party scripts beyond the Google Fonts stylesheet used for typography.

      Third-party data

Visa requirement information is adapted from Wikipedia (see the credit in the footer). No personal data is sent to Wikipedia or any other third party as part of using this app.

      Changes

If Terminal HQ adds a real backend, analytics, or third-party services in the future, this policy will need to be rewritten to reflect that — the statements above only describe the current, backend-free version of the app.

This page has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and doesn't include a governing-law or jurisdiction clause since that depends on how (or whether) this business is formally registered. Have it reviewed before treating it as a binding agreement with real users.

      What Terminal HQ is

Terminal HQ is an informational tool for checking visa requirements. It is not a substitute for official government or embassy guidance, not legal or immigration advice, and not a guarantee of entry to any country. Requirements change; always confirm final details with the destination's official visa authority before you travel.

      No warranty

Information is provided "as is," sourced and adapted from Wikipedia and cross-checked where noted, but accuracy is not guaranteed. Some routes are more thoroughly verified than others — where that's the case, it's labeled. Terminal HQ isn't liable for decisions made based on information shown here, including denied entry, denied visas, or missed flights.

      Acceptable use

Don't scrape, bulk-extract, or attempt to disrupt the service. Don't use it to misrepresent visa requirements to others in a way you know to be false.

      Changes & availability

Terminal HQ may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including the visa database or these terms themselves.
